FreeJoin Milo and Samara from ACON for some afternoon tea and nibbles. This will be a very relaxed drop in space for LGBTQ peers to meet each other and have a chat about life in regional NSW, during Winter Blooming Festival.
Milo (he/him) is a Community Health Promotion Officer at ACON Hunter. Milo identifies as a gay man and a person of colour. Born in Brazil, Milo has experienced what it means to be an immigrant in Australia for the last five years. He is passionate about connecting with the regional queer community and creating inclusive and welcoming spaces in regional NSW.
Samara (she/her) is a Program Coordinator for alcohol and other drugs, mental health, and suicide prevention at ACON. She identifies as a queer person of colour and is passionate about connecting with people from community especially supporting folks to live and celebrate being authentic and euphoric.
This space will be FREE and open to LGBTQ+ peers. FREE food and drinks will be provided.
