July 20 @ 6:00 pm - September 21 @ 8:00 pm$265
Creativity is an integral part of being human and as such should be given the time and respect that other activities, such as exercise and healthy eating, are given. This series of creative activities offers achievable skills learning in a variety of techniques that contribute to mental well being.
Each week we’ll try a different creative technique. The idea is to enjoy the process and leave with a skill you can explore. If you want more time on a particular technique that will be accommodated.
