A 10 week course for intermediate to advanced students, primarily in oil painting, but this term exploring too, the other mediums and methods of watercolour, gouache, brush and ink as well as linocut printing.
You will learn the fundamentals of essential drawing and design, so necessary to the foundation of making a good picture, plus assembling related objects together in a pleasing manner, then lighting them well for a great result.
Still-life props are supplied, but students are encouraged to bring along fruit/veg/flowers or any ephemera they may wish to place with them.
A list of materials to bring will be sent after enrolment.

Cost: $250 Friends of NERAM / $275 General – Including $15 Cleaning Fee (To adhere with COVID-19 hygiene protocol)
Cleaning Fee: To adhere with COVID-19 hygiene protocols, the Packsaddle Studio will undergo a professional clean after every lesson to ensure the health and safety of our class facilitators and students. For Term 1, students are required to pay for the term fee plus cleaning fee to allow us to facilitate classes at this time.
Minimum of 8 attendees required to run this class, maximum of 18 students.
