Creativity is an integral part of being human and as such should be given the time and respect that other activities, such as exercise and healthy eating, are given.
This series of creative activities offers achievable skills learning in a variety of techniques that contribute to mental wellbeing.
Each week we’ll try a different creative technique. The idea is to enjoy the process and leave with a skill you can explore. If you want more time on a particular technique that will be accommodated.
This is not art therapy, we will not be working through personal problems or traumas.
Cleaning Fee: To adhere with COVID-19 hygiene protocols, the Packsaddle Studio will undergo a professional clean after every lesson to ensure the health and safety of our class facitilators and students. For Term 3, students are required to pay for the Term fee plus cleaning fee to allow us to facilitate classes at this time.
BOOKINGS CLOSE SUNDAY 11TH OCTOBER 4PM. PLEASE BOOK AND PAY BEFORE THIS DATE TO ENSURE CLASSES GO AHEAD.
Majority of materials will be supplied.
