A Stitch in Time: Judy Wilford Retrospective

Judy Wilford was a much-loved and talented artist based in Armidale whose work encompassed clay object making, design, drawing, printmaking, textiles (particularly hand embroidery), painting and writing. For over 35 years she developed hand stitching techniques that combined the traditional and the contemporary; drawing on careful research, design practice, and personal sketching. This memorial exhibition surveys her embroidery oeuvre and pays homage to her immense skill and creativity.
