Through the Eyes of Strangers: Isabelle Devos, Lois Robertson and Tanya Chaitow

Isabelle Devos, Lois Robertson, and Tanya Chaitow met in 2021 during an artist residential workshop with artist David Keeling in the Central Highlands of Tasmania. The three artists came to the landscape with the eyes of strangers, visitors to a foreign land. This exhibition includes studies and completed artworks from the residency and shows how each artist responded to the brooding solitude of the Australian Gothic landscape in their own personal way.
