An Introduction to Nature Journaling
Join the tutor and a group of like-minded people to observe, record and enquire into the nature found in Black Gully and in your own back yard. This is a one day a week, six-week course combining observational drawing in the field with studio work.

SHORT COURSE | Introduction to Life Drawing
This class will focus on drawing the human figure in the studio. Students will be guided through the fundamental principles of observational life drawing, exploring line, shape, form, gesture, movement, tone and composition. Create your own Graffiti Art Panel! Before the workshop begins, we will look around the Armidale Street Exhibition to seek inspiration and look at different techniques. In the workshop kids will learn how to use stencils, texture, layering and colour to create their own street art.

Letterpress Short Course | Class 2: Type & Design
A series of 3-week short courses that can be undertaken individually, or as a complete overview-style course in the Museum of Printing, NERAM. In class 2 students will get an overview of letterpress printing posters using large-format wood type and the vintage iron flatbed press from the MoP collection.
